Transcripts are considered official when sent directly from your awarding institution to Nexford University (NXU). This guide will help you request your transcripts and other required documents to be sent to NXU. Just search for your previous institution's name and follow the provided instructions.
Important: Limited number of institutions are covered in the article. If your institution is not listed, you may need to contact them directly to inquire about their transcript application process.
Transcript application processes may change over time. Always verify the latest procedures with your former institution before submitting your request. This will ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Mode of delivery. We accept both electronic and paper copies, but electronic transcripts are preferred.

Institutions List
Academic City University
- Visit the institution's website.
- On the menu bar, go to Undergraduate Programmes and select Registry.
- You will find details for Registered Students on how to request documents via the ACITY+ portal.
- On the ACITY+ Student Menu, select Student Portal.
- Log in using your ACity official email and password, then proceed with the transcript request.
- Under the Academics tab, click on Request Document and select the transcript option.
- Estimated processing time: 2-3 working days after payment is confirmed by the Finance Office.
Accra Technical University
- Visit the institution in person to make the payment and submit the required documents:
- Copy of your degree certificate
- Application letter addressed to the Director of Academic Affairs Directorate, including the following information:
- Full Name
- Student ID
- Program
- Duration (start and completion year)
- Name of the receiving organization:

Ashesi University
- Visit the institution’s website.
- On the menu bar, go to Academics and select Academic Registrar.
- Scroll down to Registry Forms and select Academic Services Request Form.
- Download and complete the request form.
- The first two transcripts for Ashesi alumni are free. Additional copies (hard or soft) cost 10 USD per copy (or cedi equivalent). Payment must be made in advance by cash or check payable to the Ashesi University Account Unit.
- Submit the request to the Academic Registry Office in person during business hours.
- For more information, contact the Academic Registry at 030 2610 330 or email academicregistry@ashesi.edu.gh.
Notes:
- Requests must be received by Monday every week, and the transcript will be ready by Thursday of the same week.
- For courier delivery, additional charges apply based on courier rates.
- Transcripts include all coursework attempted at the university. Before requesting, check the Student Information System to ensure all grades are recorded.
- Transcripts will not be issued to individuals with outstanding financial obligations to the university.
BlueCrest University College

- On the login page, click Register to create an account.
- From the welcome area on the dashboard, select Click here to make a request to choose your university or campus.
- Select Make a request and choose the following options:
- Request service type: Official undergraduate transcript
- Student status: Institution Alumni
- In the Personal Information section, provide your personal details and institutional information.
- On the Recipient Information page, enter the following details:

- On the following page, provide your consent as required and continue with the payment.
- Once your request is submitted successfully, updates will be sent to you via email and/or text messages until it is delivered or picked up.
Christian Service University College
- Visit the institution's official website.
- Scroll down to the Online Services section at the bottom of the webpage and click Transcript.
- Fill out the transcript request form, and in the Recipient Email field, enter transcripts@nexford.edu.
- Click Submit to complete the application.
- Fill out the transcript request form, and in the Recipient Email field, enter transcripts@nexford.edu. Then, click Submit to complete the application.
- Email a copy of the filled form to the Academic Affairs Office at transcript@csuc.edu.gh.
- The office will contact you within two (2) working days on the next course of action (if required).
Evangelical Presbyterian University College
- Prepare a letter requesting your official transcript be sent directly to Nexford University at transcripts@nexford.edu.
- In your letter, include the following information:
- Full name
- Student ID number
- Course of study
- Year of admission
- Year of graduation
- Attach a scanned copy of your degree certificate.
- Send the request letter and degree certificate to the following email addresses:

- Prepare a letter requesting your official transcript to be sent to Nexford University at transcripts@nexford.edu.

- Send the request letter, degree certificate, and proof of payment to info@gcuc.edu.gh.
Ghana Communication Technology University
- Prepare a letter addressed to the Directorate of Academic Affairs requesting your official transcript be sent to Nexford University at transcripts@nexford.edu.
- Pay the sum of 100 GHS (fee for transcripts sent abroad) to the account details below:

Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration
- Visit to the institution's website.
- Click the Student Services button on the top right of the page.
- Select the Student Request Form option from the pop-up page or simply click this link to access form.
- Follow the instructions indicated on the application form to make the payment:
Transcript processing fee GHc 40.00 per copy Electronic Transmission of Documents to Institutions GHc 100.00 - Once paid, fill out the application form and upload proof of payment.
- Provide Nexford's details under the Address/Institution to be sent to:

- Review all information and documents uploaded, then submit the application.
- Estimated processing time: Five (5) working days.
Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
- Navigate to the institution's official website.
- From the main menu, select Academics and choose Online Transcript Request.
- On the transcript request page, click the Request Transcript button.
- If accessing the page for the first time, scroll down and click Register to create an account.
- If your profile information has not been completed, enter your account details.
- In the Identification section, select your type of ID and enter the details.
- Under the Programs Read section, enter the following:
- Student number
- Index number
- Full name (as shown on your certificate)
- Program
- Year of graduation
- Proceed to the next page to confirm the information is accurate.

Click Submit to complete your request. A success pop-up message will confirm that your profile has been created.
- On the next page, select New Transcript from the top menu bar.
- Confirm your program of study as selected on the registration page and choose the following options:

- Once the payment is complete, a confirmation will be sent to the email you provided during the transcript request process.
- Estimated processing time: 2 days after submission of request for soft copy transcripts. 4 working days for hard copies.
Pentecost University
Pentecost University, after its presidential charter, issues certificates and transcripts to students on graduation day. To request an official transcript, follow the steps below.
- If you already have a copy of your transcript:
- Email the Academic Registrar at academicregistrar@pentvars.edu.gh to request your transcript be sent directly to Nexford University.
- Attach scanned copies of your degree certificate and transcript and include the recipient details:
- Recipient name: Nexford University
- Email: transcripts@nexford.edu
- If you do not have a copy of your transcript:
- Complete a transcript request form with the Academic Affairs Office or email them directly at academicregistrar@pentvars.edu.gh.
- In your request, specify that your transcript should be sent to Nexford University at transcripts@nexford.edu.
Note: Applicable fees apply. Please inquire about the payment process when contacting the Academic Affairs Office.
Regent University College of Science and Technology
- Contact the Office of the Registrar at your institution by sending a request via email to registrar@regent.edu.gh or calling +233 303 971 955.
- When submitting your request through email, include the following details:
- Full name
- Student ID number
- Program of study
- Year of graduation
- The transcript application requires a fee, the amount of which will be provided by the Office of the Registrar at Regent University.
Regional Maritime University
- Prepare a letter requesting your official transcript be sent directly to Nexford University at transcripts@nexford.edu.
- Note: Transcripts are issued as hard copies by default, but you can request email delivery directly to an institution.

- Visit the institution's Alumni Association website.
- On the menu bar, select Services and click: How to Request for Your Academic Documents Online.
- Proceed to the Ghana Platform for Educational Services (GHAPES) page or simply follow this link.
- From the menu bar, click Services and select New Request.
- In the Personal Information section, select your institution: University for Development Studies and enter your student number.
- Once your details auto-populate (name and program), click Next to continue.
- In the Services section, click Add Services and select either "Transcript - Express" or "Transcript - Normal".
- To proceed, enter the following information:
- Number of copies: 1 (one)
- Pickup: Postage

University of Cape Coast
- Log in to the Alumni Portal with your student login details.
- If you don’t have an existing account, register by clicking the Signup link.
- Once logged in, click Transcript Request on the left pane of the page.
- To proceed with the application, select the following options:
- Document type: Official transcript
- Quantity: 1 (one)
- Delivery method: Email (Electronic copy)
- Reference number: Include your learner ID
- Recipient email address: transcripts@nexford.edu
- Complete payment through Zenith Bank (using either card or internet banking).
- Once you have placed the request for the official transcript, you can download the unofficial copy.
University of Education, Winneba
- Visit the institution's official website and select the Students Page from the top menu.
- From the Menu button, go to Online Services.
- Select Transcript Request to access the transcript application page.
- If you're an existing user, enter your login details. Otherwise, click Register Here to create an account.
- Log in and select Foreign Transcript as the request type.
- On the next page, enter your institutional details.
- In the Delivery Address section, use the following recipient information:

- Complete the document request form.
- In the comment section, specify that you want the official transcript sent to:

- Click Proceed to finalize the application and pay via Paystack.
