Follow this three-step process to get your Nexford University account set up.
Hello! 👋 Welcome to Nexford University. Let's get you set up!
Before we start - make sure to follow each step in order. You have one account for all Nexford University resources, so completing that first step is important.
Logging in
To get started, you'll want to set up your Microsoft 365 account. You can do that by going to myNXU, your hub for all-things Nexford University 👉 mynxu.nexford.org
It will take you to a Microsoft sign-in page that looks like this:
When you signed up, you should have received a welcome email 📩 with your username and password. Enter your username here. If you haven't received the email or are experiencing login issues make sure to get in touch with us at success@nexford.org
Hint: if you are having trouble because you are already logged into a different Microsoft account, try using a different browser.
Once you complete this step, you'll just use this one login 🔐 for all your Nexford University resources!
Great! What's next?
Now that you are signed in, you'll be able to take a look around myNXU:
Your home page should look a bit like this 👆 and will show you your progress as you work through your courses. Don't worry - you won't be at 0% for long! 🚀
Now the most important part... How to start learning?
You'll find your courses on the Canvas learning platform, which you can access through the Program tab in myNXU, or by going here 👉 nexford.instructure.com
Fun fact: Canvas is the same learning platform used all of the top 10 universities in the US - including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, and many others!
You're able to preview your first university course 10 days before the term starts. Until then, you should see your Orientation on the dashboard. Time to get started!
